A. Who are we?
Boost Systems B.V., operating under the name Boost, provides digitalisation and automation services for business processes. In doing so we process personal data. This statement explains which data we collect, for what purposes, and what rights you have.
B. What data do we process, and why?
1. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we process your name and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent, in order to send you the newsletter.
2. Contact enquiries
When you contact us we process your name, phone number, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide. We use this data to answer your enquiry and provide information about our services. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or our legitimate business interest.
3. Order data
For customers we process name, address, phone number, email address, customer number, payment information, and contract history. We use this to deliver our services, send invoices, maintain our records, and send relevant commercial communications. The legal bases are contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.
4. User accounts
We process usernames, email addresses, and IP addresses to secure your account. This is based on contract performance and, where applicable, your consent.
We may also process data to comply with administrative obligations and to handle claims, on the basis of legitimate interest or legal requirement.
C. Sharing with third parties
We share personal data only where necessary. Third-party service providers receive only the data they need to perform their services. International transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses. We may be required to disclose data to authorities under legal obligation.
D. Retention periods
We retain data no longer than necessary for the purposes described above. Customer and order data must be kept for a minimum of seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
E. Security
We take information security seriously and hold ISO 27001:2022 certification. Our security measures are independently audited annually.
F. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
G. Your rights
